3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including but not limited to a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued ID, or an address outside the Philippines — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on rich09. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rich09 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact support immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

rich09 operates in the PAGCOR-regulated market and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID — before any withdrawal request can be processed. rich09 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rich09 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. rich09 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

rich09 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances are displayed and maintained in PHP. No currency conversion is applied to deposits made through supported Philippine payment channels.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

Deposits are credited to your account in real time for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rich09 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account that does not belong to the registered account holder will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. rich09 processes withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID.

• Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, restricted, or under investigation.

6.2 Processing Times

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of it can be withdrawn as real money. 7.2 Bonus Abuse

rich09 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using systematic betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unused or unactivated bonus funds that reach their expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating directly to that game's outcome.

8.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connection interruption that affects the outcome of a round, rich09 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

rich09's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your rich09 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rich09 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary interruptions. rich09 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

rich09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — we will provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent on-site notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the rich09 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via live chat support. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication.
